Kwikws Eliza Peters

Hello, thanks for stopping in at my bio!

I go by the names Kwiwks, Eliza, and Elizabeth Peters.

I am from Lil’wat Nation here in BC and I am so pleased to be connected to the UBC Vancouver Faculty of Forestry.

Serving my community through this work is such an honor and adventure; from farms to centers to books and courses, the creativity and vision is real: empower the community to thrive in health, environmental stewardship and inclusive access to traditional knowledge to return to being a thriving People.

With immense gratitude I get to work on all this with my best friends: Tonya Smith, Koskas Dan.

They’ve been walking with me long enough to watch my family grow, I have 3 beautiful children and find many life purposes with them here in this world, I am so honored for this responsibility.
